I'm just going to nerd out for a bit here (I've got an exam tomorrow so that's where my brain is at the mo'). What you see below is a diagram modeling option payoffs:



This is something I've always found really helpful when trying to remember what to do when trying to figure out option transactions.

Anyway - back to the books!
